Gender Differences in Work Satisfaction, Work Engagement and Work Efficiency of Employees during the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Case in Slovenia

The COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant lockdown has caused massive economic disruption, leading businesses to make a rapid transition take new approach business strategy. Therefore, aim of paper is examine if there are statistically significant gender differences in work satisfaction, engagement, efficiency among employees who from home during pandemic. Further, aims identify importance individual dimensions efficiency, perspective. research based on survey 785 Slovenian companies. factor analysis t-test for two independent samples were used test hypotheses. Findings: results show provides change management insights recommendations assist companies minimizing negative impact their employees.
